Managing the full employee lifecycle for 2,500+ EOR employees in Germany, acting as a strategic HR partner to Deel’s international clients and advising on complex HR, employment, and compliance matters across multiple communication channels. Ensuring end-to-end compliance and operational excellence in Germany in line with local employment laws, regulatory requirements, and Deel’s internal policies. Leading onboarding and offboarding processes for EOR employees, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and employee-centric experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Payroll, Finance, Global Mobility, and Customer Service Management to deliver a best-in-class EOR and client experience.
Full ownership of People Ops in 10 countries: IRL, UK, SWE, GER, FRA, ESP, ITA, AUS, SG, CAD Employee Experience: Handling full employee life cycle from onboarding, new hire orientation, benefits, payroll enrollment offboarding with focus on superior customer service. Collaboration: Successfully partner with global cross-functional teams, including Finance and Accounting, IT, global HR and TA teams, L&D, as well as multiple external stakeholders. Employee Enquiries: Act as a first point of contact for all HR employee queries. Consistently receive excellent feedback from employees and management. HRIS (Workday): Full ownership of HR Ops tasks in Workday: on- and offboarding, job & compensation changes, transfers, bonus payments, LOAs, auditing time off balances, reporting. Payroll: Ensuring timely payroll submissions, review, and approvals while in cross-functional collab and with multiple external payroll vendors. Benefits Administration: Process employee benefits enrollment and offboarding, process annual renewals, and answer any employee enquiries related health insurance, pension scheme, commuting benefits, leaves of absence etc. Global Mobility: Overlooking UK Visa Sponsorships in collaboration with external Immigration lawyers. HR Knowledge Bank: Create, review and update HR process documentation and the employee facing resources.
