More then 30 years ago, I got fascinated by logistics and supply chain became my passion. I have build up a strong experience in different supply functions. I believe that the secret of my success is the combination of my personal down to earth mentality and my strong people coaching and development skills. Mindset is what matters most. By applying "there is always a better way" mindset, I create a continuous improvement team spirit and created new structures and organisations with breakthrough results in every assignment. Developed a strong spare parts business and Logistics TPS knowledge including the link to the logistics IT systems. Previously working for CATERPILLAR LOGISTICS for 2 years to start up a green field EDC for Hyundai and Kia (MOBIS) in Belgium 5 years experience within XPO ( Christian Salvesen NV) Frozen Food distribution Logistics for Benelux Specialties: Strong people management and continuous improvement skills. Able to apply a strong Kaizen en TPS knowledge which was founded by a long and close cooperation with Japanese senior Kaizen experts of Toyota Motor Company (TMC)

    As Head of Business Transformation of the Parts Supply Chain Group I play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the PSCG business transformation for two mayor projects. First one is to lead the business readiness and securing success in the implementation of a complete new digital ERP system for the Parts and Accessories business of Toyota and Lexus. From order management towards dealer operations in our European network. Together with my team our role is to drive strong business engagement to ensure users understand, adopt and gain real value from the new standardized processes and technology. Influence stakeholders were needed and secure clear communication on milestones and impacts and benefits The second one is to continue to lead the Regional Depot Operations Transformation program.
