As Head of Business Transformation of the Parts Supply Chain Group I play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the PSCG business transformation for two mayor projects. First one is to lead the business readiness and securing success in the implementation of a complete new digital ERP system for the Parts and Accessories business of Toyota and Lexus. From order management towards dealer operations in our European network. Together with my team our role is to drive strong business engagement to ensure users understand, adopt and gain real value from the new standardized processes and technology. As the Head of Regional Depot Operations, I daily enjoy leading and inspiring a dynamic team of 670 great members across our 13 European locations, ensuring seamless daily delivery of Spare parts and Accessories to over 3,000 Toyota and Lexus dealers in Europe. Start up green field EDC for automotive customer Hyundai/ Daily responsible for all the warehouse activities in 1 of the 2 shifts
Project leader of different innovation projects in the warehouse and supporting administration departments. Installation of a fully automated Balck Box installation in all the trucks to capture all required information of the distribution routes.
Daily responsibility of transportation section : 4 dispatchers, 43 drivers Responsible for customer invoicing and budget control of own equipment (=35 trucks for national distribution of frozen fast moving goods). Set up and perform the yearly coaching program for 45 drivers.
Responsible for 7 Regional business units in Europe to support the after sales distribution of spare parts and accessories.
