Driven finance professional with broad experience in the financial sector and a strong interest in corporate finance. Through both vocational (MBO) and applied university (HBO) education, combined with four internships in areas including corporate finance and private banking, I’ve built a solid mix of practical experience and financial knowledge. Key responsibilities include preparing the annual budget and multi-year financial plan, quarterly financial forecasting and progress reports, internal audits, and advising on financial policy — all within the BBV (Dutch public sector accounting standards) framework.
Supported the corporate finance team across valuation, corporate (re)structuring and assisted with financing applications.
Researched the reliability of business valuation methods for my graduation thesis (graded 8/10), and nominated for the faculty's Best Thesis Award. Assisted in preparing company valuations, conducting financial analyses, and supporting M&A and advisory engagements for SME clients.
Conducted client portfolio analysis and supported senior bankers during a 20-week placement.
