I recruit software engineers and AI talent — full-cycle, from Boolean to offer. Eight years. Meta. A staffing firm where I averaged 34 placements a year and grew a team across three U.S. cities. A Computer Vision team build-out at CoStar. Roles spanning distributed systems, ML infrastructure, TPM, and cleared government contracts. I've worked every part of the funnel: cold outreach, pipeline architecture, hiring manager alignment, closing. I completed a Data Analytics program and hold working knowledge of Python, SQL, and data visualization — enough to prescreen engineers at depth, challenge inflated requirements, and earn trust with technical hiring managers from the first conversation. I moved to Germany in 2024 and am currently based in Frankfurt, with a move to Munich planned in the near future.
