Anticipated Projects: 2021 iPhone; Team of 20 -Influence product design through DOEs and statistical studies -Set MP process direction regarding to best quality and yield -Lead team to tackle newly encountered engineering issues -ID samples and spec discussion with MD/PD/ID -Drive execution by strategic planning and prioritising tasks to meet aggressive schedules
Anticipated Projects: iPhone 12 (Mini/Pro/Pro Max); Team of 5 Stainless steel laser assembly: new tech welding, assembly process and CT improvement -Fixture concept design for flexibility -Fixture optimisation to improve premium fit -Product design improvement to derisk potential FATP antenna issue -Design assembly rework process to salvage dimensional and ORT NG parts -Utilise current available resources and layout to identify potential cost saving items
