I architected a decentralized alternative on Solana that facilitates trustless, real-time disbursements through secure, on-chain Escrow vaults. Key Technical Achievements: * Trustless Financial Logic: Engineered a high-performance payroll engine using Rust and the Anchor framework. Leveraged Program Derived Addresses (PDAs) to create non-custodial vaults, ensuring funds are verifiable and secured by smart contracts rather than intermediaries. * On-Chain Settlement: Replaced traditional 3-day ACH delays and bank holidays with near-instant global settlement, leveraging Solana’s high-throughput architecture for sub-second finality. * Precision UX Synchronization: Developed a high-fidelity "Financial Dashboard" (Next.js/Tailwind v4) that synchronizes UI states with Solana cluster clock data, providing employees with millisecond-accurate tracking of their upcoming payments. * AI-Native Development: Utilized Agentic workflows and Antigravity to prototype, refactor, and deploy a production-grade financial PWA in a radically compressed timeframe, maintaining a "premium" aesthetic and high code quality throughout.
