Koteswar is serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur). Prior to joining IIT Kanpur, he was affiliated with the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT Delhi). He holds a PhD from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, and a BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee), India. His research focuses on Computer Vision and Image Processing, with a solid number of publications in top-tier conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, and ECCV, as well as in prestigious IEEE Transactions, including TIP, TMM, and TCSVT.
