- Monitoring and investigating transaction reporting exceptions across multiple regulatory regimes, including EMIR, MiFIR, ASIC, CFTC, HKMA, MMSR, and SMMD - Supporting the communication of reporting incidents to relevant regulatory authorities such as AFM and ECB. - Participating in regulatory change projects, such as EMIR Refit and ASIC Rewrite
- Analysing sustainability disclosure and relevant framework indices, such as GRI and SASB of member companies based on WBCSD's pre-defined evaluation framework - Communicating CSRD requirements - Conducting Membership Criteria assessment on Climate, Nature, Human Rights, Transparency informed by publicly available sustainability information such as CDP responses and TCFD disclosures
- Environmental and social value creation analysis of companies that utilise emerging technologies in their products/services & assessing their alignments with UN SDGs and ESG principles.
