CFO and Board Member of the Trigema Group – one of the leading Czech real estate developers and investors, operating through a portfolio of 50+ entities across residential and commercial development, property management, and investment funds. I lead the full financial agenda of the group: from complex financial management and IFRS consolidation of a ~50-entity structure, through strategic capital markets transactions, to the setup and ongoing management of Trigema Fund SICAV – a qualified investor fund combining yielding assets with new development projects. Key highlights from my work at Trigema: - Structured and executed multiple green bond issuances on the Prague Stock Exchange, including a CZK 1.5bn issuance arranged by ČSOB, Česká spořitelna and Komerční banka (2024) - Co-founded and launched Trigema Fund SICAV, a real estate qualified investor fund - Leading the ESG agenda across the group, including green building certification and sustainability reporting - Built and scaled the group's financial infrastructure: consolidation systems, management reporting, cash flow planning tools Before Trigema, I served as Group CFO at BiQ Group and held senior roles at CPI Property Group (Portfolio Finance Director, Director of Property & Facility Management) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (Business Recovery Services).
