For the past two decades, he has delivered training, courses, and consultancy services across the EU, US, UK, the Nordic region, and beyond. His core professional interests centre on Cloud Computing, Cloud Security, Privacy, Governance, Risk, Compliance Assessments, and Data Protection. He is also the founder of Shadowland Consulting ltd A Freelance Microsoft Certified Trainer, he has been an active speaker at numerous international conferences spanning Poland, Europe, Russia, Ukraine, New Zealand, the United States, Australia, and China. His presented numerous sessions across the globe on events like includes SQLBits, SQL Saturday, SQL Connection, Time for SharePoint, CodeCamp, CareerCon, InfoTech, SQLRelay, SQL Rally, ITCamp, Future in IT, Microsoft Ignite, Difinity Conference, SQLDay, SharePoint Saturday, Mobile CON, Advanced Thread Summit, and many others. He has previously served on several boards, including: ISSA Poland Chapter Board Lower Silesian District of the Polish Information Processing Society Vice-Chair EMEA at the Global IT Community Association He is an active member of multiple professional organisations, including BCS, IAPP, ISSA, ACM, PASS, SEClub, PLSSUG, and other European communities focused on collaboration, databases, and security. He is the former leader of PLSSUG in Wroclaw, former CEO of PLSSUG, and the founder and CEO of the SQLDay Conference (2009–2011). His long-standing involvement with Microsoft includes volunteering in programs such as ITPro Momentum, Leadership Challenge, Community Terminology, Subject Matter Expert initiatives, and the Connect Partner Research Panel. He has been recognised as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) since July 1st, 2010. He is also a co-author of SQL Server MVP Deep Dives Volume II and has previously managed several technical blogs. He holds accreditation from the Verband Junger Journalisten Berlin-Brandenburg (VJJ) e.V. Outside of his professional work, he contributes actively as a STEM Ambassador, NCSPP Volunteer, and member of the Royal Voluntary Service, as well as participating in the UK Government’s Research and Quality Program.
