Led a cross-divisional program for the implementation of an Identity Access & Management (IAM) solution that will evolve ACS to enabling a single digital identity across all of its users with single sign-on across all of its divisions and products. Projects under the IAM Program that I guided were executed using the Scrum agile methodology and included: • Migration of ACS Society and Publications applications to the new Ping Identity authentication technology. • Building an Enterprise Profile using the Ping Directory technology to evolve to a single digital identity unified across all ACS users. • Applying Agile User Experience (UX) to implementing the UX changes and user journeys aligned with the new enterprise platform and profile experience.

Center for Medicaid Services (CMS) - PMO and operational oversight of multiple concurrent work streams supporting new enhancements and operations & maintenance of the Healthcare.gov | Learn web properties. Veteran Health Administration's (VHA) - Guided the implementation of the final phase of integrating VHA's Health Risk Assessment (HRA) with several VA health systems (My HealtheVet, VistA, MDWS, MVI) allowing pre-population of veterans’ health data from their electronic health record and enabling the sharing of their HRA results with their VA healthcare teams as required for the HRA’s a national release in March 2014.
Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Under a Firm-Fixed Price successfully guided the delivery of a Web-based Health Risk Assessment (HRA) application for the Veterans Health Administration implemented using the Agile Scrum SDLC methodology. - Successfully guided the delivery of a stand-alone version of the HRA that is fully compliant for access by persons with disabilities as a first significant program milestone in September 2012. - Provided significant leadership role in managing senior leadership stakeholder expectations of the business sponsor (National Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention) in alignment with Veteran Affairs (VA) Office of Information Technology (OIT). As sub-contractor for a concurrent HRA Cloud Project, guided the HRA Cloud implementation for the FISMA High Pre-Production and Production environments at Terremark where the HRA application is hosted. Guided the combined Authorization & Accreditation (A&A) process and implementation for both the HRA Cloud and Core Application projects that resulted in achieving an Authorization to Operate (ATO) in a FISMA High operating environment.
