Following my internship at Netcompany-Intrasoft, where i performed the responsibilities detailed below, i was officially hired by the company. I continued in the same role with the same duties, contributing to the ongoing development and success of the Integrated Information System for the National Insurance Organization of Greece (EFKA)
During my internship at Netcompany-Intrtasoft, I served as a Business Analyst for a project focused on developing an Integrated Information System for the National Insurance Organization of Greece (EFKA). My work primarily involved the contributions and voluntary insurance subsystems. Throughout my internship, I engaged in the following activities: -> Conducted meetings with clients to gather business requirements. -> Navigated existing client systems and databases to perform technical analysis and document technical specifications. -> Created screen mock-ups and prototypes for the new system. -> Developed BPMN diagrams to visualize business processes. -> Managed the Jira platform, creating features, user stories, test cases, bugs, and tasks. -> Developed internal user manuals using Jira Confluence and prepared user manuals for end-users. -> Presented new system features to clients. -> Performed application testing and collaborated with developers to resolve bugs.
