Lead and support a team of >70 people. •Ensuring that production processes on the model line are efficient and effective, with a focus on maximizing output and minimizing waste. •Directing and supervising the work of production staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation •Ensuring the deployment of the TPM (open+) for succeeding the exit criteria •Overseeing quality control measures to ensure that products manufactured on the model line meet or exceed quality standards •Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during production •Act as coach and facilitator for production crew / Technicians ,providing training and guidance to production staff working on the model line to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively •Implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the model line to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. •Facilitating communication between different departments or teams involved in the production process to ensure alignment of goals and objectives. •Ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Key role responsibilities can be summarized as follows: •Analysis, action-planning and optimization of issues related to main Key Performance Indicators, in order to achieve and maintain optimum process levels. • Actively participated on the 24-hours direction setting for two production lines and the management of related Daily Management Systems. •Leading and execution of production process optimization / losses elimination to ensure delivery of required business results of the assigned RRP production lines. •Creation and establishment of CL targets & limits for the RRP production lines and respective review, validation and update to meet business results. •Member of the factory's Fl Pillar and WPI Pillar focused on: i) using the IPS tool to systematically identify and eliminate repetitive and high impact losses, ii) using the rco tool to improve factory’s change over iii)coaching the Line Teams in order to establish, maintain and promote the 5S methodology designed to create and safeguard a clean, orderly and safe work environment.
Among key responsibilities for this role were the following: •Coordinate and lead autonomous production shift team with the aim of creating the right environment in which everyone is achieving and improving the key performance indicators, following the Integrated Operating System standards • Ensure compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials, Semi-FGs and FGs in line with the Quality Management System • Ensure compliance to all PM and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss • Guarantee production plan shift adherence maximizing the performance of the line (s) and consumer service level operating on the production line in case of need • Lead/participate to Daily Direction Setting execution and decision-making process •Coach/lead the shift daily direction setting, retrieve stops/MTBF from reporting systems, identifying the major causes of losses, and establishing with the team a daily plan to improve performance • Coordinate the execution of the required maintenance checks to ensure equipment basic condition • Promote and develop equipment ownership within the team
