Embedded in the commercial organization of Bayer, key task is to build a sustainable pharma portfolio via driving and coordinating key strategic, portfolio, asset and financial planning processes within the strategic marketing organization, in close alignment with R&D, Strategic Planning, among others. With my team, key goals are to drive, create and develop financial evaluations of pipeline assets, key strategic initiatives and portfolio scenarios, aiming to reach an aligned perspective on new products within the Bayer Pharma development pipeline.
