I am a chartered engineer with over 15 year experience in capital projects, programs and other land and marine construction and decommissioning activities for offshore oil and gas industry. Regarding my experience ranges feed through concept stage, detailed design, procurement, fabrication, construction, survey, commissioning and handover, in compliance with national governmental and international requirements together with classification and certification authority approvals. I do have a broad range of experience dealing with regulatory bodies in order to receive their approval. I am a co-author of pioneering approach decommissioning programme that was approved by Department of Energy and Climate Change (can be seen on http://goo.gl/QJnZho). I am committed to making a difference and I highly value to be given early responsibility within a company. Consistently delivering project gate approvals on or ahead of schedule. • Reporting directly to Country Director and leasing with partner and regulatory body (SoDM and MEA) • Contract Sponsor and budget holder for Decommissioning Services Contract with PD&MS, Subsea Services Contract with Subsea 7 including DSV and CSV, Removal Services Contract with Heerema Marine Contractor and accountable for plug and abandonment operations • Recruiting, building and developing high performance decommissioning teams from project inception thought to close out • Building and managing collaborative interfaces between key external and internal stakeholders, project team (10 FTE) and functional departments and developing an integrated project framework • Preparing and implementing competitive contracting strategies to secure the best value for the business.
