During the physics master my interest in solid state and semiconductor physics was piqued. At research center Jülich I deepened my knowledge about process development, integration and especially the epitaxy of novel semiconductor thinfilms. My current focus lies on the development and integration of ferro-electric HfO2 into the FEOL and BEOL at the Fraunhofer IPMS-CNT 300mm screening fab.
