Konstantin Kühl is a Partner in Roland Berger's Munich office. As a member of the global expert team, RPT, he advises companies on issues related to strategic, operational, and financial restructuring, along with defining and implementing transformations. He additionally works as a CRO to support companies in the implementation phase. His expertise spans a variety of industries, including media and digital, FMCG, automotive suppliers, utilities and logistics. Prior to joining Roland Berger, Konstantin worked for a restructuring consultancy — specializing in family businesses — in Munich. Konstantin holds a Master's degree from Jönköping Business School in Sweden and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Passau. He also lectures on the topic of Crisis and Restructuring Management as an adjunct lecturer at Karl Ruprecht University in Heidelberg.
