Konstantin Bissias is the owner of the ATALANTE UNTERNEHMENSBERATUNG offering multiple services for maritime affairs. In the consulting role of the director for the markets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, he represents the Small Ship cruise company VARIETY CRUISES. Before he was the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of SARTORI & BERGER GmbH & Co. KG. a traditional ship broker and ship service provider for all Ports in Germany. In the previous years Mr. Bissias served as Managing Director of the Cruise Shipping Company Reederei PETER DEILMANN GmbH and before since 2005 as President of SEA CLOUD CRUISES. He was responsible for development, sales and marketing, PR and product management. He supported the further positioning of the Traumschiff MS DEUTSCHLAND within the luxury segment and strengthen the SEA CLOUD CRUISES product in the ultra luxury segment. Mr. Bissias has more than 25 years of experience in the cruise liner industry. He launched the cruise liner MS ITALIA PRIMA together with the Italian club tour operator VALTUR in the German market named MS VALTUR PRIMA while serving as Director of the general agency VALTUR Germany. He joined AIR MARITIME SEEREISEN of the FTI TOURISTIK GROUP in 1997 where he worked in the beginning as Sales & Marketing Manager and later served as the Managing Director. He started his career at ISTS INTERCONTINENTAL a major tour operator for Greece and USA. Over the years he accepted with his teams awards like the Condenast Traveller award, 5 Star Diamond Award, Goldener Kompass Award Berlin and the Top Service Award in Miami at the Seatrade Cruise Shipping Convention.
