Product Manager of Payment & Checkout team
Creation and execution of acceleration program strategy, budget management, reporting to managing director and board members, running acceleration program (definition of business challenges and program marketing, startup scouting and recruitment, coordination of 10-week batches) cooperation with CVC fund to validate investment potential of accelerated startups, UX and IT analysis coordination – the program resulted in one confirmed investment, 8 PoC’s and 19 startups accelerated out of +300 applications from around the world reviewed Representative in Polish & European startup ecosystem; cooperation with innovation hubs and corporate partners
- Scouting for innovative solutions on the Polish and global market - Pre-verifying FinTech solutions in terms of the business value proposition and possibility of implementation in the company - Coordinating of FinTech projects implementation (building business cases, cooperation with business units, IT, UX, legal experts and startup)
- Creating business requirements, designing and implementation new features of mobile app (i.e. transactional chatbot, travel insurance, car insurance, bills payments, push notifications based on geolocation) - Cooperation with IT analytics and developers, UX designers and researchers, copywriters, business product owners, software testers - Analysis of market trends (technology and mobile banking)
