I was responsible for a portfolio of Iyuno products used for servicing the content localization process. My role is to define the products strategy and roadmap that align with the company's business goals as well as internal or external customer needs and fit the localization ecosystem. Core experience: • Owned roadmap for two core workflow products used by global localization teams, aligning platform capabilities with operational needs across end-to-end dubbing workflows and related localization processes • Led discovery workshops, demos, and stakeholder sessions to identify workflow pain points and translate business needs into product requirements • Defined workflow foundations including entities, states, permissions, integrations, and automation triggers, shaping role-based experiences and scalable operational flows • Supported workflow transformation across localization operations, including processes tied to subtitling, dubbing, and downstream delivery coordination
I was responsible for establishing optimal and effective workflows, improving operational efficiency, maximizing the return on production assets, and reducing overall production costs. As a Product Owner, I worked as part of an agile team in the Warsaw development hub, collaborating with global stakeholders. I defined the product roadmap and requirements, managed change request prioritization, and owned the product backlog in Atlassian Jira. MTVNP tapeless traffic implementation for all PL channels. Responsible for the setup of transcoding profiles and automated workflows in Warsaw facility. Responsible for timely delivery of the TX content to playouts in Warsaw and London. Managing the content migration to VIMN IMM in London and Amsterdam for all PL channels.
Media preparation incl. hardware and software up/down conversion and standards conversion. Technical editing (Avid MC) and file transcoding including Dolby E encoding. TX content QC with Dolby E decoding. DBC/HDCam/HDCam SR tape ingest. Digital file archive maintenance (Diva + Quantum iScalar).
