• Managed construction of new paint manufacturing facilities in Russia (2015, $35 million), Argentina (2011, $18 million), Kuwait (2008, $11 million) • Guided technical support across 24 plants, directed complex projects from concept to full operational status. • Coordinated complex technology transfers of medical device production from Denmark to Slovakia and Belarus over a period of 18 months, keeping service level at 99% • Supervised 2-3 transfer teams (10-15 people each) consisting of technicians, engineers, production, and quality personnel • Executed commissioning and production ramp up of 10+ plastic injection molding, tube extruding, catheter assembly, and packaging lines
• Acted in the capacity of a project manager on a $15M brown field construction project in Russia (process manufacturing plant), resulting in successful commissioning, 1.5% capital budget saving and hand-over to the customer • Supervised a team of 7 engineers and an external design consulting company in preparation of process and layout design, contract negotiations, procurement, installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment • Reported on a monthly basis budget spend, schedule progress and deliverables • Estimated new plant constructions and expansion of facilities in France, Sweden, US ($5-50M)
