Recognized PostgreSQL database contributor, works in various PostgreSQL database internals such as: Replication Technologies, Memory Management, Indexing, Transition Management Disaster Recovery, Executor, Parallelism, High Availability, Pluggable table access methods, and various other enhancements. Prior to PostgreSQL, works in in-house database storage (in-memory database) internals such as: WAL, TTREE, Memory management, DDL, Transaction management and various other enhancements. Prior to the Database field, I used to work in the Linux Networking protocol stack to implement/enhance the networking stack to use the hardware capabilities for faster processing. Day to day activities includes, Design, develop and review of FEP and PostgreSQL features enhancements or Rebase of old features to a newer version and also supporting the FEP support team whenever any help is needed in solving complex customer problems and setting up new integration system with big data and etc.
Working for Fujitsu Enterprise Postgres and also work with open source PostgreSQL community, activities such as developing features, reviews and etc. And also working with the customer support team whenever any need of solving complex customer problems and also helping in setup of integration environment like PostgreSQL with bigdata and etc.
Worked for Huawei Internal database and later part of the job started working with open source PostgreSQL community by participating in submitting patches and doing patch review.
Developed/enhancing Linux Networking Protocols to use the capabilities of hardware and etc.
