I am an academic and a lawyer currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law and working as a Teaching Associate, committed to advancing my career in legal academia. I have a foundation in teaching law, working in administration of educational institutions, experience in civil litigation, contract drafting and reviewing, and legal consultancy. It has helped me develop a well-rounded understanding of both the theoretical and practical dimensions of legal education. My academic engagements are complemented by hands-on experience in the application of law, allowing me to bridge the gap between doctrinal instruction and real-world legal practice. This blend has equipped me with a nuanced perspective on the context, relevance, and evolving interpretation of legal principles taught in academic settings. I have been associated with a range of organizations in the legal, academic, and social sectors. My work also includes serving as a member on IC Committees for POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harrasment) at workplaces and conducting training sessions of employees and Internal Committee (IC) members for it, along with other initiatives aimed at promoting social development. I have discovered that teaching is not just a mode of instruction but a powerful form of learning. The classroom is my mentor!
