About

I spent 15 years in business development and partnerships - understanding what drives people, building relationships that convert, and growing brands from the ground up. In 2025, I channelled all of that into something I genuinely believe in: The FLOW Code - a women’s fitness and wellness brand built on sustainable, science-backed coaching that works around real life, not against it. I founded TFC because the fitness industry sells women a version of health that requires them to shrink - their food, their social life, their joy. I built an alternative. Today I run BOMB (Balancing Out Mind & Body) — a 6-month, deeply personalised 1:1 coaching program for women who are ready to stop cycling through restarts and build lasting change. Small cohorts. High commitment. Real results. I also run The FLOW Code community - 100+ women across India working on sustainable fitness together.
