Responsible for leading and driving the APM and Money Transfer partner integration from the analysis phase through the API integration until go live and post delivery monitoring. Coordinate closely with sales, sales support, and delivery teams to align solution design with merchants’ business requirements and collaborate closely with APM partners on the new product enhancement and issue investigation and rectification Provide presales, technical guidance on the Thunes platform, the required integration, testing, best practices and recommend solutions that optimize value for both merchants and Thunes. Drive improvements for internal monitoring, reporting and operational tools and processes with dev core and cross functional teams Provides technical kickoff meeting to merchants and training to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
