Led Explore, Search and Trends & Events, 3 core parts of the Twitter experience with a lean team of Staff Designers. Launched a novel immersive video view for Tweets โ one of the most relevant launches in the recent history of Twitter. Collaborated closely with ML/AI team to build a recommendation engine that fit this new format. Revamped Global Advanced Search and launched Profile Search. Grew a team that helps Twitter users to discover interests, content and people they care about.
Led all B2B and enterprise 0-1 products for Lyft that kept the company revenue stream during the pandemic toughest times, resulting in 10M in bookings in 2020 and being highlighted during their earnings call on Q2 and Q3 of 2020. โข Launched a novel Delivery product for essential goods โข Launched Lyft Pass taking to 10M bookings in year โข Launched Flex V2, increasing ride completion rate from 78.5% to 86.5%, reducing no shows from 9.5% to 1.9% and reducing phone calls to customer service by 40%. Lyft Business covers 9 product areas. I led a team of designers that covers touch points on Lyft Rider and Driver app (Android and iOS) and web interfaces. Lyft Pass: Allows companies to cover the cost of rides for their people. Concierge: Courtesy rides where riders enjoy the Lyft experience without the Lyft app. Business Profiles: Make it easy for employees to expense or charge rides directly to a centralized account. Lyft Business Portal: A central place where Orgs can control their relationship with Lyft. Lyft Developer Portal: Where developers can setup and use Lyft transportation APIs. Events: A place to generate passes to events. Healthcare: Solutions tailored for Healthcare sector. Deliveries: Delivering essential goods to businesses. Special Projects: Partnerships with companies like Disney, allowing their fleet to use Lyft tech. Internal Tools: Intranet and internal productivity tools. Lyft Business designs transportation solutions and programs that drive business forward (B2B and B2B2C), reward people, and upgrade riders and drivers experience.
