As a Senior Project Coordinator I am responsible for leading, planning and driving progress to the delivery of client projects to agreed timelines for Circana’s Market Advantage and Autobahn/Legacy solutions. I have completed 25+ projects from start to finish during my time within the UK Set Up and Restatement team at Circana. As a Project Coordinator I am responsible for leading, planning and driving progress to the delivery of client projects to an agreed timeline for Circana’s Market Advantage and Autobahn/Legacy solutions. Main role responsibilities: • Responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling client projects through the full project lifecycle. • Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects: ensuring that objectives and deliverables are clear and well defined; planning project tasks; ensuring clearly defined roles and responsibilities within projects both internally and externally. • Ability to work well and build strong working relationships with commercial and technical teams across various locations remotely. • Consistent client communication, working closely with the client to set and manage expectations, including weekly status updates. • Stakeholder management and communication of progress, proactive identification and mitigation of risks, swift course correction of issues and management of escalations. • Ensuring that all relevant and Circana specific processes are followed on projects. • Being responsible for full lifecycle of a project from the design stage through to completion and handover to the client and BAU Teams. • Continuous review and improvement to project processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: • Working within a team to provide a professional and dedicated service to P&G; one of Circana's (Previously known as IRI) biggest clients. • Leading the monthly client delivery of 24 databases, ensuring the data delivered is on time and correct. • Quality checking weekly and monthly reports, ensuring to communicate any updates whilst keeping to tight SLAs. • Resolving data-related queries received from clients, using internal systems and Excel, ensuring all queries are tracked within the WIP Log. • Creating and updating existing process documents to help new starters. • Ensuring all databases are updated with accurate information; this involves liaising with multiple teams across the business, including international teams. • Managing risk, escalating issues, and pushing back on client requests as and when needed, making sure to communicate effectively to manage the client’s expectations. • Working on projects outside of day-to-day tasks, attending weekly calls with the project manager and other teams to ensure the project runs as smoothly as possible.

Working for the Emergency Duty Service across the 6 local authorities, Bracknell, Wokingham, Reading, Slough, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and West Berkshire. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring the quality and accuracy of data. Statistics for legislative and departmental requirements, which monitor team performance. Co-ordinating and processing invoices, timesheets and expense claims. Assisting in the recording of sickness, annual leave, and time off in lieu, for members of the team under direction of the Business Services Manager. Administering the Approved Mental Health Professional Reports. Sending them to the correct locality and doctors surgeries. Ensuring that they are sent to be uploaded to Rio. Arrange meetings, undertaking minutes for case conferences and other meetings as required and ensuring the distribution of these minutes.

• Using various resourcing methods; such as Bullion Search, LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards and portals to advertise and attract candidates. • Completing weekly payroll for temping candidates and liaising with our accounts department, including holiday payments and adding new starters. • Producing marketing material. • Working closely with the Consultants to ensure an efficient and supportive administration function; such as uploading Candidate Registration Packs, Referencing, Conducting interviews in person and via telephone calls, recording information on in-house systems. • Maintaining all compliant information in reference to both candidates and clients as per company policy.
