Lead Production Engineer of a team of 31 technician, in charged daily Quality, Production and manpower planning. Taking the lead on TAT reduction(-11%), On-Time Delivery (>95% YTD) and Customer related enquires. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to identification of salvation & yield opportunities, implementation of new repairs and manpower, equipment planning.
