I’m passionate about designing innovation platforms — from challenge-based programs like InnoDays and InnoLab to Impact Steps, a digital toolkit that helps destinations and activity providers design and communicate impactful experiences. With the InnoDays and InnoLab, we bring organizations, talent, and experts together to make impactful ideas happen. Bridging academic and practical insights, I enjoy engaging students in hands-on, project-based learning experiences at WU Vienna, TU Berlin, and MCI. My previous roles as an Associate Professor at Hawaii Pacific University and a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley led to publications in MIS Quarterly, Harvard Business Manager, and California Management Review.
