“Life is made of two dates and a dash. Make the most of the dash.” To make the most of life, I’m on a lifelong quest for clarity, purpose, and transformation—first in business, now within. For over a decade, I trained professionals to distill complex ideas into clear, purposeful messages that drive impact. It was a deeply meaningful journey—one that empowered thousands and brought many accolades along the way. But at some point, I realised the most meaningful thing to make sense of wasn’t business, data, or messaging—it was my own mind. And that the most powerful form of communication isn’t external, but internal. Something deeper was calling. Inspired by Buddhist teachings and the Ajahn Chah Forest tradition, I’m now on a journey of inner transformation and insight. I’ll be stepping away from LinkedIn and the professional space for the coming years (for how long, I don’t know) to fully dedicate my time and energy to this path—to live the teachings, test them, and realise them for myself. Still passionate about communication—just in a different way. Still asking big questions—just looking inward for the answers.
Handful Of Leaves (HOL) is a volunteer-run platform dedicated to sharing practical Buddhist wisdom with young working adults across Asia. Through relatable stories and insights, we help people navigate career, relationships, and mental well-being with clarity and purpose—especially tackling real-life struggles and taboo topics that aren’t always easy to discuss in traditional temple settings. Beyond curating thought-provoking content, HOL also built a comprehensive directory of meditation centres, retreats, and resources across Singapore and Malaysia—making it easier for anyone to explore the Dhamma in a way that resonates with modern life.
