-Supported manufacturing and automation operations in the L10/L11 assembly lines, involving AutoScrew, GPU Screw, AutoDIMM, conveyors, PLC systems, and industrial robots (UR & KUKA). -Performed machine setup, startup/shutdown, calibration, and troubleshooting, including GPU torque calibration, CCD (vision) calibration, and robot teaching & motion for Gen 9 and Gen 10 products. -Conducted preventive and corrective maintenance for conveyors, lifters, AGV/Space Car systems, and production equipment, covering greasing, belt/roller inspection, sensor checking, and 5S activities. -Led an IoT-based Cycle Time Analyzer & Machine Downtime Alert System project, involving requirement gathering, data collection, system development, testing, validation, and SOP documentation. -Analyzed cycle time, downtime, and OEE performance, transforming raw production data into actionable dashboards to support decision-making and reduce unplanned downtime. -Presented improvement projects and findings to engineers, supervisors, and plant management, gaining exposure to real industrial decision-making environments.
