• Breaking down a machine into logical hierarchical structure to identify the Maintenance Significant Items (MSIs) in the machine. • Develop maintenance standards and work orders for the various machines and its specific MSIs used in the Brewery together with professional engineers. • Develop clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the safety of the engineers and reliability of their maintenance work. • Researching, testing and working with latest maintenance technology. • Undertook a 6-month long project: Condition Monitoring of Vibration Limits for High-Powered Pumps o Studied raw Vibration Data in the Time Domain, Frequency Domain and Envelope Spectrum. o Developed Condition Monitoring Algorithm on Python to simulate the process of identification and data analysis of raw vibration data. o Compared the raw vibrational data to the vibrational limits set in ISO 10816-3 to verify whether it has exceeded vibrational limits for detecting faults.
• Undertook a handful of projects to promote the idea of “The Internet of Things” to customers and students. • Formulated new strategies to publicise the organisation’s capabilities in prototyping. • Collaborated with specialists to create an interactive prototype for the organisation’s workshop. • Oversaw the organisation’s stock logistics.
