Supervision of the construction and checkin teams at the first and second Marketing Rockstars Festival and the re-branded Fifteen Seconds Festival in Graz, Austria, welcoming 3000 visitors in 2016. Troubleshooting before, during and after the event.
Nautical/technical consulting and supervision of a fleet of up to 70 sailing vessels and 8 motor yachts during an event with about 2000 guests per year. Daily team briefings, weather forecasts and coordination of skippers, harbor captains and charter companies. After having worked two years as a skipper for the event, the supervisor position made it possible to utilize the nautical, technical and military skills being directly responsible for the work of up to 150 people.
