Today I lead the Manufacturing industry business at delaware Netherlands. Entrepreneurship taught me to think like an owner. That mindset still shapes every decision I make. As a member of the delaware Netherlands Solution/Vertical management team, I help shape our strategic direction while remaining actively involved in executive customer engagements and (complex) commercial opportunities.
Built delaware's Manufacturing go-to-market from scratch. Defined the commercial proposition and market approach, shaping the direction of the new business practice. Led and closed complex, high-value ERP deals with new customers, combining hands-on deal execution with business development to drive revenue and secure major transformation programs.
