I have an extensive experience of more than 40 years in the ICT world, both in software and hardware domains. Management of several successful projects in the services and manufacturing industry, mainly in an international environment. As such I have been responsible for end-to-end delivery of large SAP ERP projects fulfilling complex business requirements. I pay a high degree of attention to regular reporting via dashboards, KPI’s or presentations toward senior executives. As a hands-on project manager, I also go beyond managing scope, costs, schedule and quality. Driving my project teams via clear objectives and contributing actively to the solutions architecture are part of my qualities. Recent technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and Cloud Computing are now on my Top 3 list for continuous learning. This has already allowed me to identify innovative solutions and apply them in my recent projects.
