During the past 27 years, I advised private and institutional clients (tenants, investors and developers) on their complex commercial real estate strategies and implementations. The past 10 years I combined this with a role as CEO, manager/leader, defining group strategy at the EMEA Board level and ensuring that about 1500 people in the 5 countries I was looking after got fully behind the plan and jointly exceeded them every year as a real team. The biggest joy was to grow the company true both talent development and M&A. Leading the merge between C&W and DTZ in Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Germany and The Netherlands was a fantastic experience. As was the acquisition of ADMOS. The combination of management and top client development has been a real pleasure.
