Besix Unitec is a project oriented company focusing on tenders for bridges, tunnels and locks in Belgium & the Netherlands. I am currently managing lock projects. In the harbor of Antwerp (Kallosluis), on the channel between Bossuit – Zwevegem (Moen), Antwerp region (De Lijn). Additionally I am assisting internal improvements, business processes & (new)tools. Empowering the use of PMP methodologies through different tools like Power BI, MsProjects, Navision, Sharepoint, etc.
Grammer Electronics is developing custom & standard control equipment for off road vehicles. I was managing a variety of projects and organizing internal business improvements.
Cloostermans (today: Amazon Mechatronics) is specialized in customized and innovative turnkey project solutions. Machines are engineered to order. All project aspects can be provided in house. I was one of the first collaborating to the new Project Manager team within the company. I managed the roll-out of new packing & transportation machines and their periodically improvements. These machines where all part of the soluble unit dose platform.
Multi assigned me to one of it's clients, D.Cloostermans - Huwaert. In this innovating company I take part in multiple projects. Cloostermans is specialised in customised and innovative turnkey project solutions. All project aspects are provided in house : mechanical and electrical engineering, manufacturing, assembly and integration. My part here is to integrate the safety aspects of the machines in close coordination with the different teams.
