6-month assignment as a learning opportunity for the position of Logistics Team Lead. Lead, evaluate and inspire a team of 20-25 warehouse employees.
Placement at Plopsaland De Panne within the Attractions and Theme Parks track of Breda University of Applied Sciences. Developed from attractions operator to steward, which includes daily training and evaluating staff members, and ensuring smooth operation of the park (handling downtime, evacuations, guest complaints and questions).
