Coordinate New Product Develop and Sample delivery schedule. 3.Appraisal department’s performance and project status. 4. Liaison with customer and other department to ensure On Time Delivery. 5. Manufacturing trouble shouting and solving with the 7 step problem-solving model. 6.Build up production team with visual management , Lean & 7S management. 7. Guide team members to build up document control such as OMS,PMP, FAI report, CPK analysis, sample production pipeline and efficiency tracking.
1.Direct and oversee work assignment in Production ,Maintenance, Automation, Jig & Fixture department. 2.Supervise and manage department to achieve production value(business goal) to fulfill customer’s demand. 3.Liaison with PMC, Purchasing, PIE,QA etc to ensure On Time Delivery. 4.Weekly review production value, labor & overhead absorption performance to meet the EBIT target. 5.Daily monitor machine utilization, labor & machine efficiency. 6.Production machines management and maintenance. 7.Establish, upgrade and maintain company automation team to achieve labor cost reduction & production efficiency. 8.Standardize Jip & fixture component to reduce process lead time. 9.Monthly business review with top management. 10.Develop annual department planning budget. 11.Monitor tooling consumption status. 12.Direct, develop and implement whole team’s management strategy and plans, appraisal whole teams’ performance. 13.Supervise and monitor Manufacturing engineers, Production engineers, Process engineers and Industry engineers in PIE department for 6 months.
1.Oversee and supervise production manager, manufacturing manager and NPD manager. 2.Coordinate New Product Develop and Sample delivery schedule. 3.Document approval for Production, ME, NPD department, such as Process Flow Chart, Control plan, Line Layout, WI, PFMEA, PPAP report, general affair application and so on. 4.Appraisal department’s performance and project status. 5.Liaison with customer and other department to ensure On Time Delivery. 6.Manufacturing trouble shouting and solving.
