As Ballet Tech Foundation’s Studio Manager, I am responsible for building lasting relationships with artists who use Ballet Tech studios. My role consists of responsibilities like liaise with external renters, drafting rental agreements and serving as the point of contact for scheduling and all needs pertaining to rentals, studio maintenance, and building access.
I supported curriculum design and class instruction for Ballet Tech’s 5th-grade dance training program, assisting with lesson planning, technical development, and daily classroom instruction. I also fostered a mentorship environment that encouraged focus, collaboration, and discipline, helping students strengthen foundational skills and studio habits.
Invited to dance the principal role in Paquita with Ballet Tech alum Megan Eng and student performers for the annual Kids Dance. Rehearsed and performed in a mixed-age, pre-professional environment, culminating in a week of shows at NYC’s Joyce Theatre.
