With over 5 years of experience within a leading WTG OEM, Kylee has developed deep expertise in global technical codes and large-scale project delivery. Having successfully managed offshore wind project certification activities for approximately 2GW of offshore capacity, she has navigated complex regulatory landscapes and led strategic market entry studies in emerging energy hubs. Currently, as a Tower Engineering Manager, she oversees the end-to-end delivery of tower packages for offshore wind projects. She serves as the tower interface technical focal point for offshore wind developers and customers, leading internal engineering alignment to ensure that all tower deliverables meet the highest standards for quality, safety and compliance.
