I’m an analytics and product leader in fintech, focused on using data, strategy, and strong teams to scale customer propositions. At Wise, I’ve led analytics across high-impact product areas including the original Send product, the Wise Account and now Wealth. My work has included shaping product strategy, improving adoption and retention, building customer margin understanding, and helping teams make better product decisions through data and managing the PnL of the Wealth business at Wise. Highlights include supporting the Wise Account proposition pivot, which now represents around 50% of total volume, and helping launch and scale the Assets product from $0 to $10B with 1 million customers globally.
- Own analytics and P&L for Wise’s Global Wealth portfolio across Current Account, Savings, Investments, and Digital Assets. - Shaped Wise’s shift from a transfer-led proposition toward a multi-product financial account, with Account growing from ~30% to ~55% of company volume. - Led strategy and commercial performance for Wise Assets / Investments, scaling the business from $0 to $10bn AUM. - Building and leading an AI-first product analytics function embedded across core product, regional expansion and servicing
