I’m on the board at Apolonia Group and lead growth for our family-built dental ecosystem. Over the past 5 years, we’ve grown the revenue 10× through new clinic launches, hiring, performance marketing, and group-wide growth strategy. Alongside that, I own core IT infrastructure—making sure our systems, data, and tools scale smoothly as we open locations and grow the team.
I co-founded Thomas Edison Foundation (FTE) with the vision of bridging the gap between hard-skill education and entrepreneurial leadership. I see myself as a fellow guide on the journey of growth just a few steps ahead of our mentees. Together with my mentee-turned-co-founder, Jan Kochanowski, we support exceptional students in their crucial life decisions and ensure they follow the most ambitious path in their university experience at the Technical University of Munich.
