My name is Anthony Yèèjkōōb Lee and I am 1st generation H’Mông-American. I descend from 4,000 year old tribal-indigenous communities, most recently, from the high mountains of Xieng Khoung, Laos, known for their world-class embroidery/textiles, farming methods, and contributions in the Secret War and resilience throughout foreign colonialism/imperialism in the eastern hemisphere. My passion stems from the erasure of indigenous people and Queer identity. Using data, my resources, my education, and my expertise, I aim to create equity and solutions in relation to opportunities, representation, and culturally responsive services to underserved and global communities. My skills include psychotherapy, clinical engagement, clinical diagnosis with DSM V, advanced technology navigation, project management, grant management, data interpretation, data reporting, policy engagement, case management, facilitation, public speaking, content creation, graphic design, and event planning. I am consistently learning new skills. As an aspiring Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) my long-term goal is to build an organization for LGBT+ Asian, Pacific Islander, Native Hawaiian, and Desi communities. My life goal is to continuously advocate and create culturally responsive and sustainable programs for communities of color to thrive. If you are looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships, create and implement successful programs, and build sustainability—here I am.
