Being Siemens’ CPO is an exhilarating, exciting and humbling role for me – and has been especially so in the last 5 years. The main reason that it is so very rewarding, are all of the people that make out the SCM/Procurement-Community. Their motivation and growth mindset are the basis for the value creation that provides our business with the right balance of productivity, sustainability, resilience, quality and innovation. Holistic value creation in an ever-changing, highly digitalized economy and society is what drives us, and me personally, every day.
