I am a passionate entrepreneur who loves to develop innovative approaches that make our society more liveable. As a professor at the Munich University of Applied Sciences and director of the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship, I am fortunate to work with young talents and ambitious start-ups to shape our future world together with regional, national and international partners from science, industry and politics. By the way: for all those who like to drink wine, I have designed the new, game-changing oval glass Vinoval.
The Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) offers educational training and research programs in the field of entrepreneurship, and encourages innovation processes and the development of entrepreneurial personalities. SCE supports business start-ups from science and guides young businesses from idea development to marketable innovation. SCE was founded in 2002 as an affiliated institute of the Munich University of Applied Sciences (MUAS). In July 2011 SCE and MUAS became one of the six leading "Start-Up Universities" in Germany. Vinoval has invented a game-changing oval glass design that improves the way wine tastes. The oval shape allows the wine to develop to its full potential: by turning the glass, the entire content is set into turbulence and all the liquid can react with oxygen. In addition, a wonderful mouth-blown unique object has been created.
