As an Associate Director of Procurement at Takeda, I lead the transformation of the site procurement organization from operational to strategic, with a focus on continuity of supply, supplier management, and contract management. I have over six years of experience in procurement leadership roles, and I am certified in Jira and Confluence, two tools that enable me to manage projects and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. I have a proven track record of delivering savings and purchase price variance (PPV) goals, as well as supporting site critical projects and initiatives. In my previous role as a Procurement Site Lead at Shire, I was instrumental in the integration of the Vienna site into the global Shire procurement organization, and received the Austrian Supply Excellence Award for innovative supplier strategy and sustainability.
