- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advert creation, candidate screening, and interview coordination - Provide candidates with great experience, ensuring a positive impression of the recruitment process and company culture - Support the development of Early Careers Programs - Play a pivotal role in the IT Internship Program on Polish market, helping to attract and develop young IT talents - Build partnerships with stakeholders
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, including collaboration with Hiring Managers, candidates experience, job adverts creation, candidates screening - Cooperate with the local HR Admin team to align on smooth hiring process - Responsible for MA Academy project, aimed at attracting new talents for the Managers Assistant department
- Conduct end - to - end recruitment processes in finance and accounting, HR, payroll, customer service, sales area - Source suitable candidates by using database, social media - Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts on various platforms - Conduct phone screenings, online and face - to - face interviews - Offer CV, interview and general career advice - Provide advice and recommendations to clients on current market trends, salaries and candidates profiles - Build strong relationships with Candidates and Clients - Cooperate with Account Managers and Admin Team
- Coordinate end - to - end recruitment process activities on CE region (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania) - Support local stakeholders and Hiring Managers - Coordinate the pre-employment requirements according to local practices (preparing job offers, letters of intent) - Cooperate with Global TA team and internal HR team
