I’m Klaire Tumbagahan, a compassionate new grad RN with 800+ hours of hands-on clinical experience across high-acuity environments including Med-Surg, ICU, pediatrics, and community health. I recently earned my BSN from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and am officially licensed to practice in Nevada. My background includes direct patient care during a preceptorship at Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, where I developed strong skills in medication administration, wound care, SBAR communication, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, timely patient recovery. What drives me most is the human connection behind healthcare - listening to patients, easing fear with education, and advocating for dignity and quality care in every interaction. I’m especially interested in environments where I can grow my skills, continue learning, and make a real difference. Outside of nursing, I’m passionate about family, traveling, community service, skincare, creating miniature ecosystems, and nurturing small animals.
