I’m an engineer at heart and an entrepreneur forged through trial by fire—started coding at 11 and never really stopped. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve led engineering orgs and built scalable platforms across SaaS, AI, and Web3, with a hands-on mindset and a focus on shipping high-impact systems. At MightyID (a Tevora subsidiary), I reorganized the engineering org for a security-focused SaaS platform, improving team velocity by 40% and aligning product execution with enterprise clients like Alarm.com and Saia. Before that, I launched an AI-powered B2B platform used by 12+ companies in healthcare and regulated industries—delivered under budget in less than six months. At Bondex, I led the launch of a global Web3 talent network used by 5M+ users across Android, iOS, and web. I’ve scaled teams from 3 to 65+, grown platforms from 10K to 3M+ paid subscribers (9M users total), and helped drive $30M+ in revenue growth. Successful M&A exit to Semperis on 02/01/2026. Head of Engineering at MightyID, formerly a Tevora subsidiary prior to the Semperis acquisition. Focused on advanced identity and security solutions, I lead engineering strategy and operations across a hybrid onshore/offshore team, supporting enterprise clients like Alarm.com, Saia, and iA Financial Group. I reorganized the engineering process by implementing Scrum and coaching both engineers and stakeholders on accountability, transparency, velocity, and quality—deliberately avoiding unnecessary overhead. This improved delivery consistency and established a sustainable execution rhythm without sacrificing agility. I built and currently manage a cross-functional team of 15+ engineers and product professionals, scaling talent to meet evolving technical and customer demands. Through targeted coaching, role alignment, and performance management, I improved morale, ownership, and delivery precision across the organization. I work closely with product and sales leadership to align priorities and refine features based on real-time customer feedback—accelerating adoption, reducing cycle time, and increasing product impact. I also led exploration into AI-driven enhancements to streamline internal workflows and surface future monetization opportunities. At Access Genie, I led the development of an AI-powered process automation platform focused on third-party software integration for IT operations in regulated industries like healthcare. I shaped the overall product vision, defined the technology strategy, and drove a roadmap built for speed, scale, and security. I launched our Alpha prototype in under six months and within a $1M budget. The platform was adopted by over a dozen enterprise clients, validating product-market fit and operational value. I built and managed a globally distributed, multidisciplinary team of 15+ engineers—balancing hands-on architectural work with strategic oversight to ensure delivery precision and technical excellence. I also partnered with executive leadership to define the business model, shape the hiring plan, and translate market needs into AI-enabled solutions. As Chief Technology & Product Officer at Bondex, I led the development of a Web3-powered B2C/B2B SaaS platform that combined a global professional network with token-based engagement, decentralized verification, and AI-driven talent matching. I designed and launched the v1.0 platform from the ground up, supporting over 5 million users across Android, iOS, and web. My role spanned product vision, technical strategy, and execution across engineering, smart contracts, and user experience. I built and managed a cross-functional team of 30+, including engineering managers, product leads, and ICs across backend, frontend, blockchain, and data. I made key hiring and organizational decisions to support speed, culture alignment, and delivery consistency. To support rapid iteration and scale, I introduced company-wide engineering standards, documentation practices, and quality enforcement. Alongside core product delivery, I managed platform infrastructure and smart contract design—including staking, token mechanics, and referral incentives. These systems supported viral user growth and compliance across a token-based engagement model. The result was a high-performance product org capable of supporting global expansion, long-term roadmap execution, and Bondex’s Web3 talent vision.
As Chief Architect and Acting VP of Engineering at Path Crypto (formerly Stacked), the largest SEC-registered robo-advisor for digital assets, I led technical strategy and engineering execution across a growing suite of B2B and B2C products. I joined as the second full-time employee and was quickly promoted from Senior Engineering Manager to Chief Architect, taking on org-level leadership while remaining deeply hands-on with system architecture and implementation. I developed and executed a modern technology roadmap, replaced legacy infrastructure, and led efforts to optimize data pipelines and performance as the platform surpassed $10B in automated crypto transactions. I also architected and scaled a secure, SEC-compliant custodial banking system that managed over $1B in digital assets. These efforts supported rapid growth while maintaining regulatory alignment and platform resilience. In my VP-level capacity, I introduced engineering best practices, revamped CI/CD workflows, and mentored team leads across engineering and product. I helped scale the organization to 50+ engineers, including three global vendor teams, while driving cross-functional delivery and technical due diligence to support a successful $35M Series A fundraise.
As Chief Architect at Bamboo Asset Management (formerly Pink Panda Holdings), I led the architectural design of a mobile wallet platform built to make DeFi, NFTs, and the metaverse more accessible and socially impactful on a global scale. The platform launched in private beta and includes seamless wallet functionality, NFT marketplace features, and third-party integrations like Versapay. I designed and implemented smart contracts for core initiatives including Lootverse, Versapay integration, and the PinkPanda-to-Bamboo token migration. I also developed liquidity strategies, executed and audited PancakeSwap integrations, and built wallet features such as balance tracking, transaction history, and NFT interoperability. Throughout, I ensured that performance, scalability, and security were upheld across a decentralized, multi-chain infrastructure.
